1. What is the shelf life of frozen spring rolls？
Answer： 24 months when continuously stored at -18°C or below. Note： Temperature fluctuations during transportation or storage may affect quality and shelf life.
2. How are the products shipped？ What temperature is required？
Answer： We use -18°C cold chain logistics throughout the entire journey. Products are shipped in reefer containers， and temperature data logs can be provided. We recommend customers check the core temperature upon receipt.
3. Do you support LCL or FCL shipments？
Answer： Both.
FCL （Full Container Load） ： Recommended for large orders – more cost-effective
LCL （Less than Container Load） ： Suitable for trial orders or small to medium volumes – flexible and convenient
