　　Our Action： Within 1-2 business days， you‘ll receive a detailed Quotation with unit price， total cost， payment terms， and lead time.

　　Step 2： Confirm Sample & Quality

　　Your Action： If satisfied with the quote， we highly recommend you request a free sample （you usually only pay for shipping）。 Test it thoroughly （taste， cooking， thawing）。

　　Our Promise： The sample will be identical in quality to bulk production. What you sample is what you will get.

　　Step 3： Sign Contract & Pay Deposit

　　Your Action： After approving the sample， we’ll send a formal Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice （PI）。 Review， sign， and pay the deposit （typically 30-50%）。
